Whether it's your first time trying Reformer Pilates or you've been training for years, we've designed Fluid Reformer to make your experience simple, flexible and enjoyable.
No rushing to make a class.
No intimidating group sessions.
Just train when it suits you.
Before You Arrive
Make sure you have Fluid Members App Installed on your device for access to the studio.
What to wear
Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely.
Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety.
Loose jewellery is best removed before training.
Bring

No need to sprint up the stairs like you're catching the last flight to Europe. This isn't one of those studios where the doors lock the moment the clock ticks over.
Complete your induction
Before using the studio independently, all members must complete a short induction on the Kiosk so you understand:
Reformer safety
Spring adjustments
Equipment setup
Using the guided workouts
Studio etiquette
This helps ensure everyone trains safely and confidently.

Every reformer has access to more than 1,000 guided workouts.
You can choose by:

If it's your first session, we recommend starting with a Beginner Fundamentals class.
During Your Workout
Follow the instructor on the screen.
They'll demonstrate every movement and explain:
spring changes
body positioning
breathing
technique
pacing
You can pause if needed and work at your own pace.
After Your Workout
Please:
Wipe down your reformer using the cleaning products provided.
Return any accessories.
Leave the space ready for the next member.
Simple courtesy keeps the studio enjoyable for everyone.
