Pilates that works around you

Pregnancy and life after birth don't exactly have a reputation for respecting schedules.

At Fluid Reformer, there are no class timetables or waitlists. Choose a dedicated prenatal or postnatal workout from the kiosk and train when it suits you.

Dedicated Prenatal Workouts

Guided reformer workouts designed specifically for the prenatal stage, with clear on-screen instruction so you can follow each workout at your own pace.

Dedicated Postnatal Workouts

When you're ready to return to exercise, choose from guided postnatal workouts and progress at a pace that works for you.

Your workout. Your pace.

Pause when you need to.
Take a break, adjust your setup or replay an exercise.

No class to keep up with.
You're not trying to match the person on the reformer next to you.

Train when it suits you.
Early morning, during the day, after work or whenever your schedule allows.

More than Prenatal & Postnatal

Your membership gives you access to 1,000+ guided workouts, so as your needs and goals change, your training can change with you.

Beginner · Strength · Mobility · Stretch · Full Body · Upper Body · Lower Body · Core and more.

Before you begin

Prenatal and postnatal exercise needs vary from person to person. We recommend speaking with your doctor or appropriate healthcare professional before commencing or returning to exercise and following any medical advice specific to you.

Fluid Reformer is a self-guided studio and does not provide individual medical or clinical supervision.
