About Fluid Reformer

Fluid Reformer is a 24/7 guided Reformer Pilates studio that lets you train whenever it suits you. Instead of scheduled classes, you'll have access to more than 1,000 professionally guided workouts displayed on your own screen, allowing you to exercise at your own pace. The Your Reformer platform includes classes for beginners through to advanced users, with new workouts added regularly.

Traditional studios run scheduled group classes led by an instructor.
Fluid Reformer gives you the flexibility to train whenever you like, without class timetables or waiting lists. Simply come in, choose a workout, and start when you're ready.

There isn't a live instructor in the room. Instead, every reformer has access to professionally produced guided workouts with clear demonstrations and coaching from qualified instructors.

There will be instructors available for 1 on 1 session bookings for additional charge.

On the first visit every new member completes an induction on the Kiosk so you understand:

Each reformer is paired with a dedicated screen displaying professionally guided workouts. Simply select your session and follow along as the instructor demonstrates every movement and cue.

You'll have access to over 1,000 guided Reformer workouts, with new content added regularly. The library spans beginner, intermediate, advanced, strength, stretching, HIIT, recovery, prenatal, postnatal, physiotherapist-led, yoga, meditation, and more.

Yes.
You can save favourite workouts and continue progressing through programs over time. The ReformerPro member experience includes features for returning to preferred content.

Yes.
You can pause at any time if you need a drink, need to adjust your springs or simply want to repeat a section.

No. Once you become familiar with the movements, most members simply glance at the screen for guidance while focusing on their workout.

Yes.
You will need to bring your own Bluetooth headphones to connect directly to the kiosk. If you don’t own one you will be able to purchase a pair in the studio.

Switch off Bluetooth on your phone/devices to ensure your earphones don’t automatically connect
Turn on your earphones and put your earphones in pairing mode
Select the Earphone icon on the top right of the Kiosk
The Kiosk will search for available Bluetooth devices
Wait for your earphones to appear in the list, you may need to scroll
When your earphones appear in the list, select your earphones, select Pair and select Continue

If you're recovering from an injury or have a medical condition, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before starting. The content library also includes physiotherapist-led and rehabilitation-focused workouts where appropriate.
